Microsoft Ignite Data Analyst Challenge 2021 Module Status Issue

Dear Team,

 
I have completed the Microsoft Ignite Data Analyst 2021 Challenge but the Challenge main page  shows that I have only completed 0/16 challenges. I have completed All the modules in the collection on time, please refer to the attached screenshot 'Module status - 100 perc' for details. Please help me in getting the module completion status updated correctly and hence getting the certification voucher.
