Lost my courses and level progress on my learn profile
KyloR85 (and everyone else reporting the issue) will you please provide your Learn username to better help us figure out what is happening?
You can find this by going to learn.microsoft.com, clicking on the Me Control in the top right, clicking on Profile, then copying the last portion of the URL (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/<username>/).

Michael, it appears as though your profile was created Feb 20th and I'm seeing multiple achievements starting on that date. Was it created around Feb 20 and what are you seeing that is missing?

No feb 20 was when it went blank and forced me to create a new account. My previous account was many years old and I have no idea what the username was as it was tied to my email address. The progress in the new account is correct for what I have accomplished since then but nothing before that date shows. Also both old and new accounts where also tied to my certification id if that helps.

@Derek_Peterson I too appear to have lost all the training and certification linked to my account. I logged on this morning and was prompted to create a new account, even though the account used to be setup and worked. Can you please contact me to get this resolved. My account is an Enterprise one.
