I need to switch my Microsoft Learn email

Question

I'm unable to use the sandbox feature because my Microsoft Learn email is connected to my college email and I am unable to change it to the email I am using with my Azure account. I am unable to continue. Please how can I make the change and also I am using the free 12-month service on my Azure account so I cannot switch it to the Microsoft Learn account?
