I cannot claim my student discount when I wanna get SC-900 exam.

Hello, I'm currently a master student at Bahçeşehir University in Turkey. I want to enroll some couple exams and I thought I could get my school discount for exams.

I connected my school mail to private mail. I solved "Begin interest survey" & selected Student. But still I cannot see my discount on Pearson VUE.
