How can I find my old DP-300 certificate

Hi Guys,

I joined the DP-300 certification exam at 2020.12.24.  At 14:00 PM, China BEIJING time.(UTC+8)

I certified with that.

Now I can not find that one any more, can anybody help me out? Thanks.

I called VUE, they have my exam record, but tell me the MS has deleted my user??

How would this ever happening？

I take the exam at China, Dalian City.
