Help!! Invite the same email but not the right account
Hi all,
I am trying to invite a guest to Teams, but the one has accepted the invitation and joined, just did not appear Teams channel. I then ask him to send a private message to me because it shows the account I invited was offline.
Then he sent me the message but weird is I found he is online with the same email! The previous one I invited was offline also with the same email address. How could it be?
I am desperate please helpš¤£
