Certification for MB2-716 in 2021
Hello, By which certification the MB2-716 (Customization and Configuration) will be replaced and when ? And in the meantime, what learning path I can follow ? Thank you.
Hi! There's no direct replacement for MB2-716. MB-200 (Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core) was the most similar, but this has now been replaced by PL-200 (Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant). PL-200 is the base exam required for all the CRM biz apps certifications (sales, customer service, marketing and field service), so I'd recommend starting with this one, watch out for the content updates planned at the end of march though!
