  • Hi DLRGCW,

    This error sounds like it may be related to a billing issue. Please follow the steps below to contact support through your M365 Admin Center:

    1. Click on the "Help & Support" icon on the bottom left of this panel.
    2. Type in "Contact Support" in the "How can we help" box.
    3. You should see a blue button appear at the bottom that says, "Contact Support." Click it.
    4. Select if you want to contact the agent through Phone or Email.
    5. Add Title and Description and other details to describe your issue.
    6. Click on "Contact Me" to submit.
