Sending forms to specific people / overview who answered

Hello,

I would like to create a Forms for a defined number of people who should all answer this form. Is it possible that I somewhere in Forms define a list of those people and have an overview who has already answered and who not?

Thanks for your help!

Bene

  • bene100 Forms doesn't have a feature like that. You would need to have a list of the people you've sent the form to, either in SharePoint/Lists or Excel, with the email address and column for date responded. Then build a flow in Power Automate that triggers when a new response is submitted and updates the appropriate item in the list with the date the responder submitted their response.
