Room Configurator hardware list using Forms & Excel

I am looking to create a questionnaire in Forms that asks some set questions that based on the answers would equal products and prices from an excel document. I would like to find out from all you clever people if ‘A’ its possible using just Excel & Forms and ‘B’ if it is, some guidance on how I may go about creating it.  Example;
What size is your meeting room? MS Forms response - 5m x 3m

How many seats around your table? MS Forms response - 10

Do you want video conferencing? MS Forms response - Yes

Do you connect via a laptop? MS Forms response - yes

Based on the above would then look at a spreadsheet and see that the room size equalled 15m2 would then list a 55” TV with a ‘Micro-tech’ Camera cables to connect a laptop at the table and a cost breakdown of each item based on an equipment list in an excel spreadsheet.

Wanting to keep the setup as simple as possible so anyone in the team could pick, so any advice would be most grateful

    The only way to do this is with a flow in Power Automate although I would always use a SharePoint list instead of Excel which is not a good data source.

    Depending on how many meeting rooms you have you would probably use a switch control for each one and get the details of the items from the list,  then conditions inside each switch case for the other answers. Depending on the response you would add the item details and costs to variables. Finally you could send an email with the text and the cost.

    So you need to start investigating Power Automate. If you've not used it before there are very good videos on YouTube by Shane Young and Reza Dorrani.

      Thank you sooooo much for your response to my query. I shall have a read on Power Automate and the online videos and see if I can get a mock created. Sounds like there is a little to get the head around but got the direction I need to investigate.

      Thanks again and Merry Christmas
