Microsoft Forms Sync issue
We have a form that's been in use since early 2023 currently at 33k responses, last night it started taking some time for submission to appear on the excel sheet, today it was taking well over an hour. It has then stopped syncing, i sync to a new workbook and this immediately fails and asks me to resync again. any suggestions ?
An update on this issue, I go into the form > view responses > click on the excel file symbol to open the workbook and the pop up appears "sync all responses to a new workbook - Form and workbook data are not in sync: An error occurred in your excel workbook. To get a complete set of the most updated responses, sync the data to a new workbook" but responses that have been submitted are actually appearing in the workbook. i'm not really sure how to proceed ?
