How to add static data to a Form Response

A very simple form collecting availability about our business partners.

It would be very helpful if the Response excel export had a separate tab that we could add the partners contact name etc. Does that make sense ?

Is there anyway to load static data to the Response depository .. separate from the data collected via the FORM directly ??
