Added new questions to existing MS Form but it is not visible at user end
I have created a microsoft form, shared it and had responses. It is still an active form.
I have added some extra questions. They are visible in my version of the form but when I share it the users can't see the new questions. Any idea of why this is happening? I've re-copied the share link as well. It is also not showing up in the preview feature.
It's happened to a few of my forms and I keep creating new ones but surely there is a solution? Does it have anything to do with scoring? I don't use it but it seems to be there by default. thanks
- Try deleting the last question on the form and then re-adding it. I had this same issue and found that tip here and it worked for me: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-forms/questions-missing-when-i-preview-form/m-p/203857
Hi, it was the branching that was causing the issue for me, so I reset them all and started again. Removing and re-adding the question didn't fix it.
