Hi I've a M365 E5 developer licence and want to test Windows Defender ATP. Accessing the portal I get the error - no licnece found. I added an additional E5 Security trial licence -> the same erro...

The MS365 E5 developer license is without 'Windows' which includes MDATP
You should look into an Windows E5 license
