Defender for Endpoint 2 cannot log in to Defender for Android

I used Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for 3 months as an organizational administrator yesterday. Then I assigned a license and enabled Microsoft Defender in "Security.microsoft.com" .Then I Download Microsoft Defender for Android according to the boot and try to log in, there is an error in the figure.
