When a user cancel a book in a 1:N service everybody receives an email with cancellation
Hello,
Since yesterday (November 29th) when a user cancel a book in a 1:N service, everybody who has already booked this service in the same slot of time receives an email with cancellation, but the book is not really cancelled in the callendar. This error is causing a stir in my organizations.
Besides, in the same service, when a user tries to book the same service that has the error with cancellation, this message appears: "There was an error. The appointment could not be booked. Reload the page and try again."
Can you please help me with this incident?

We have other booking calendar with the same functionality (1:N) and using the same users as staff, but in the affected calendar is happening everytime a user tries to create a new book or when a user cancels a book.
The service is now closed, but we will need to open it with the service correct.
