View all Bookings in Outlook App Calendar or Bookings App

I am setup as an Administrator in Microsoft Bookings. I can see the entire Bookings Calendar in my Office Outlook 2016 Windows client and at outlook.office.com. But I can only see bookings assigned to myself in the default calendar in Outlook App on iPhone. Is there a way to add the entire bookings calendar with a view of all bookings to the Outlook iPhone App Calendar, perhaps through the Interesting Calendar selection from the add calendar button in upper left of Outlook App?

Also as perhaps a product enhancement could another security level be added say 'Manager' between Administrator and Viewer that would allow some one who is, for instance, a shift manager see the entire booking calendar with all staff scheduled but not make any changes online and in the Bookings App? Right now the only way I see to do this is making someone an Administrator.
