Using MS Bookings for venues not people

I have a requirement to use bookings for venue's rather than people within an organisation.  I can't work out how to not have the automated message say "Your appointment will be with ..."

Also, I would like the calendar bookings to go into a generic calendar and not my own as the administrator, but I don't think I am able to do that as the generic calendar does not have it's own office 365 account.

Any ideas?
