Using MS Booking as equipment booking system

Hi there, I am exploring on using MS booking as an equipment booking system for my institute. I am using this method:
Services as equipment, tagged to a centralised/shared email to receive bookings only and it is a non-existent person where my colleagues are all able to view that shared email account. 
Therefore i tried to use the gmail trick with a +, eg.

admin @abcd. com  to admin+1 @ abcd .com

 I am then returned with "Please enter a valid email" 
I hope there is away to add sub-addressing so that i can only manage 1 email. Anyone has better solution to this? or is there a way that I can book equipment and the email's calendar allows more than 1 bookings?
