Use Bookings for customer to schedule a phone call, with a staff of 8
Hello,
I am new to Bookings. I would like to create a booking page that allows leads to select a time and date to receive a call back and then randomly assigns to one of my 8 call center reps.
Is this possible?
I added the staff, I also have 3 admins. I don't want myself or the other admins to be booked. I created the Bookings Page and tested it with three separate people. All three appointments were placed on my calendar. Ideally, they'd go to staff with open slots in somewhat of a round robin fashion. Not stacking up on anyone's calendar.
Any suggestions?
