Unable to get all 3 slots showing available in bookings

Hi,

I need to make 3 different, 90 min slots available to customers, so they can choose 1 of the 3. However for some reason, only 2 of the 3 actually show available on my bookings page, does anyone know what I might be missing? In the below, the Wednesday slot will not appear.
