Unable to book same day bookings
Multiple offices reporting unable to book same day. Settings set to 0 lead time. Please assist. Thank you
- JBFreyaCopper ContributorOur company is seeing the same error for all booking sites. Bookings site administrators are unable to create meetings from the site administration page. Appointments set from the published calendar seem to work fine, but Administrators cannot create or edit appointments without seeing "Sorry couldn't save the event. Please try again".
- JBFreyaCopper ContributorUpdate: switching to "Try the new Bookings" using the toggle in the upper right of the Admin page seems to resolve the error. We were able to edit appointments in the New Bookings interface.
