There are two locations to disable this feature, I have set up services with more than one service and it never shows the staff.
In the new bookings view:
Uncheck the box on the booking page, go to, view default scheduling policy - then under staff control uncheck the box "allow customers to choose a specific person for the booking"
Then
switch off "Allow customer to choose a particular staff for booking" in each services

- AtanasMDec 21, 2021Iron ContributorBoth options are deactivated, but still the field for choosing the staff appears in the calendar even if it is greyed out. When choosing a service it disappears, but I want this field not to be shown, when a customer opens the calendar.
