TSV File Format

We are using Microsoft Bookings in schools.  Although it has an excel logo beside 'export', the only file option we are given is the TSV File format.  I have staff looking to be able to easily ...

I'm on Windows 10 end excel 2015, how do I get excel to open the files?

Try making Excel the default app for TSV files. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what will.
