Time Zone on Reminder Emails in Bookings

Howdy all,

I have started using Bookings and the reminder emails/texts being sent out to customers is using Greenwich Standard Time but the Confirmation emails/text is using Eastern Standard Times (confusing)...

 Can someone tell me how to change that/switch it off/ correct it in some way?
