Time Format Answer mail

Hello, after booking I get a confirmation mail in German but the time is in 12h format so AM and PM in the mail.

When I cancel the booking, the time in the confirmation email is in the correct 24h format.
How can I change this so that the 24h format is also shown in the booking confirmation or is this a bug?
