Staff not showing up on scheduling page

I am trying to figure out why one staff member is not showing up on the list when I try to schedule a new appt from within the calendar page on my side, not the customer facing side.  The staff member is there on the calendar page but it isn't an option when I try to schedule.  You can see that CN McK 8 doesn't show up on
