SMS not working with Bookings anymore
Client used to be able to send notifications through bookings with SMS. They have Teams premium license. The option to send through SMS no longer exists when making Bookings. It stopped working about a month ago and I tried to work with Microsoft support and they could not figure it out. Thanks.
- Mitch111Copper ContributorI am experiencing the same problem. I have a Teams Premium license, but I am not given the option to send SMS notifications despite it being enabled in the service settings. Have you found a fix?
