Show Allocated Resource in Notification Email

Hi,

I run a study room at a University which has 60 desks. Each desk has it's own number. What I want to do is add all the desks as resources to a booking calendar, and when a student books a desk they are informed in the notification email of the specific desk number the system has allocated to them. Is this possible?
