Setting up 30-min meetings at quarter-past and quarter-to the hour

Hello All,

I’m trying to set up 30 minute meetings that begin at quarter past and quarter to (e.g. 3:15, 3:45, 4:15 4:45…). In this case, I do not want the option of starting on the hour, or half hour. For some reason, Bookings with me doesn’t seem to allow this.

Does anyone know how to do this?

All the best,

Alasdair

You can create meetings at quarter intervals by modifying the service in the "Services" tab on the Booking Page.

Your Basic details will be where you can set the length of the meeting (in your case 30 minutes).

If you scroll down you'll find "Availability options" where you can set the time increments in which the meetings can be made in.

    Hope this helps.

      Hi haoduong ,

I have tried this in 'Bookings with Me' app. However, it didn't work.

If I set the block of time from 2.45 to 3.45 (enough space for 2x 30 min meetings) and set the meetings for 30 min durations, with 15-min intervals it will create four possible overlapping 30-min times slots (beginning at 2.45, 3.00, 3.15, & 3.15).

Likewise, if I set ablock of time from 2.45 to 3.45 with the meetings set for 30 min durations and 30-min intervals it will create one time slot from 3.00-3.30.

I'm a bit lost on this one.

        Ah, I see.

What I sent you pertains to the "Shared Booking Pages" which is a group version of "Bookings with me." You may ignore what I have previously sent you.

From what I have found, there is unfortunately no way to get rid of the half hour and new hour time slots.

The best you can do is to keep them at 15-minute intervals and then add a disclaimer in your Bookings description telling your users to not book at the unwanted times.
