Set Order of Services in Bookings
ICESAHT When you go into Bookings click on "Services" on left side, then you will see your established bookings. This is where you can click and drag to order them.
It is not readily identifiable with the : : symbol MS typically uses, but it does allow you to drag them to the order you want them displayed on the form when someone tries to book.
Kathy_Masso I was not able to follow the directions, either. I'm using Chrome and am guessing that the format changed in the past year, or that capability is available through some other method besides a browser. For me, I deleted my meeting types and re-created them in the order that I want them to appear.
HaroldGuthrie Thank you for your reply. I wonder, do you know if already scheduled appointments would be lost if I deleted services to recreate in the desired order?
Kathy_Masso Sorry, but I'm just a beginning user. I would assume not, because those appointments are on your calendar. Note that I had an appointment on my calendar for last Friday that was still there after I deleted and re-setup that meeting type.
