Selecting Multiple staff from a list

Hi,

I've tried researching this to no avail. 

We like to be able to set up a service, say, with 5 other staff members and me.

Customers can then select how many they'd like to book an appointment with. Say only 3 of the 5 in that group, this varies each time. 

At the moment, Bookings only seems to allow bookings with the entire staff group, which is not what we want. 

Can we do this is Bookings at the current time?
