Scheduled date not showing for booking

Hi.  I've just set up several booking services for parents to select meetings with teachers.  All my settings (except dates and staff) are the same, however, some of the dates are not showing as available on the bookings page interface.   I have been through everything but cannot find a reason why some dates are available and others aren't.  Any help would be gratefully received!
