Rolling Start Times

I am trying to create an event where we have 1 hour appointments for multiple people, that start every 15 minutes. 

9-10 am - 4 people

9:15 - 10:15 am 4 people

etc. 

 

I also want to be sure that if someone books 9am, 9:15 isn't blocked off. Is this possible?

    KeeAudrey this is not directly possible with Bookings today. But you could fix the number of appointments for a given timeslot using MaxAttendee count at Bookings service level, but this will be fixed for each time slot and not a rolling window.
