Roaming appointment times?
Hello all!
Has anyone experienced wandering appointment times? My staff have specific appointment times that are to be followed, but I am seeing the appointment times move. See images below.
We have a min. lead time of 1 hour, I've tried increasing it and that didn't help. We have no buffer times on. I tried inputting the staff members appointments in one by one in both the service availability area and in the staff's schedule area, neither adjustment made a difference. I cannot alter the business hours as each staff member has different hours within a broad time frame.
I am going crazy trying to figure out how to keep the appointment slots from moving! Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

HiI aetarpley,
I am an independent advisor investigating the Bookings app inquiries.
Here are my thoughts on why the time slots are moving.
* Minimum Lead time is 1 hour
* Make sure Use Business hours are listed according to the staff's member schedule
* Here is the watch out. If Events Office Calendar Affect Availability is enabled, the minimum lead time is aligned with the staff's member real-time calendar and not at the top of the business hour. For example, if the staff's member calendar is blocked from 11:00 to 11:25 due to Outlook ending the meeting 5 or 10 minutes early, the lead time is set to 12:25 or 12:20.
The workaround solution is for your team to block off the top and bottom of the hour to allow meetings at #:00 or #:30 availability.
If you disable Events on the Office calendar feature, you are opening another can of worms. 😃 The Customer may schedule an appointment when the staff member is already booked.
I recommend that you add your requirement to the Microsoft Bookings feedback portal. I foresee that others may be having the same issue.
If you find this information helpful, please mark it as the best answer or like it, which will assist others with the same question.
Have a good day.

Hi Teresa_Cyrus ,
I so appreciate your response! I have tested all those options. We have found in the past if a staff member blocks themselves in their outlook calendar from 1-120 (just an example), that Bookings will pick right up where the block ended. We have learned to live with this quark...somewhat. This staff member had no blocks on her outlook calendar that would off set the appointment times.
What about the 1 hour lead time could possibly lead to the moving appointment times?
We absolutely must have the "Events on the office calendar affect availability" feature turned on, I cannot even test that. All of our staff members (22+ staff) must manage their own outlook calendar as it is only me managing Bookings and with that many calendars, chaos would ensue.
Any other suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated! I am so thankful for your quick response today!
