Rescheduling

Problem: User can't make it to the meeting and wants to reschedule. Instead of finding the confirmation email for the existing appointment to follow the rescheduling process from there, they just go ahead and book a new appointment and they assume that the original one gets cancelled automatically.

 

Request: It would be great if bookings could pick up existing active appointments booked under the same email address when new appointments are made and ask the user if they want to keep or cancel.
