Problem with selecting Duration of booking

Hi,

When trying to put together a booking calendar we are looking to go live with unfortunately despite trying to change the duration settings on Bookings to 30 minutes a session it seems to be stuck on the booking page at hour-long sessions. Is this a known problem with the platform?
