Printing all seats holders

Hi!  I am very new to Bookings, so please be gentle.  I am trying to use Bookings for transportation scheduling in a senior living community.  Normally, we do this manually, but I'm trying to make this easier.  I host twice weekly trips to the grocery store, and have 5 seats available for those trips.  I created this in Bookings and everything looked fine.  It says that 5 of my 5 seats are full.  So, I went to print the detailed agenda, and it only shows me the first person signed up on the trip.  I need to see all of the people occupying a seat for that booking.  I would appreciate any help!
