Prevent multiple bookings for a specific location.

I am hoping to use Bookings for our Personal Training services. We have one training studio and multiple trainers. The issue I have will be if multiple trainers have similar availabilities and only one trainer is allowed to use the studio at a time, I can see multiple conflicts happening. Is there a way that would block the time the studio is in use or override other availability?
