Page Form Reload/Refresh After Client Books Appointment

Hello, is there a way to have the booking form refresh to the beginning after a client makes an appointment? We have a computer in the lobby that we are using as a kiosk to allow students a self-service option when booking appointments. However, after an appointment is booked it stays on the information of the last person. When I embed on a webpage and test it out it does not refresh, and leaving a student's info is not appropriate.
