O365 Bookings : Notes missing from calendar event

When a user in my org schedules a meeting using a Bookings page link and enters notes in the "Notes" field, those notes are not being populated in the calendar event for the calendar owner. This appears to only happen to some requesters as other meetings do have their notes populate. 

We also verified that the notes were missing when reviewing the meeting in Outlook Online.
