Notification Issue with Admin in Bookings Service
Hello,
I have configured a new service in Microsoft Bookings and assigned it to three staff members. One of these members holds an Admin role and is not available for booking; their primary function is to manage the calendar.
However, I have encountered an issue where email notifications are only sent to the booked staff member and myself (the calendar owner) when a booking is made. The Admin does not receive these notifications.
Is there a method to ensure that the Admin also receives email notifications for each booking?
