No automatic appointment blockers in colleagues' calendars
We have configured that customers should receive a meeting invitation (and thus an automatic appointment blocker in Outlook - we use MS Bookings via O365 within the company).
However, the blocker is not set automatically for all bookings. I have already checked the service settings and also the settings for the individual appointments.
Is this perhaps a bug on the part of Microsoft, so that we can only wait and see?

Hi Carmen_ncs, is the calendar invite for the booking itself not arriving or is it not auto accepted for the customer ? Also, is this booking being done through the Booking page or admin page ?

The calendar invitation end up directly in the deleted folder and I had the appointment in my calendar even without a confirmation. However, the invitation was not received by all bookings - so Bookings didn't send anything here either.
The bookings were all made as normal via the booking page, which is accessible to everyone in our organization.- Debasish_ThakurMicrosoft
For the staff member this is the expected behaviour. Can you tell me about the invite and mail on the customer's end, please ?
