My booking pages are not showing up
Since monday, I have not been able to view my booking pages.
It had already happened before but it was solved the same day or the next but this time Bookings remains the same.
Is it a general failure?

I experienced the same problem today. First all the information including company info, staff, services, etc disappeared from the page. Then the page along with 3 other pages disappeared. Other staff could access the page no problem. After searching for answers and not finding any, I tried searching for the page on the Booking app. The page was located, added back and all functions are working. It would be nice if Microsoft could fix this! 😏

Anyone know if this is going to get properly fixed? I have a team page with multiple services that is now gone (and the team members are missing as well so they can't get in to setup their services). I don't have the time to go in and re-create all of it (nor the information to even set it up). Anyone know where to contact to get actual support for this issue?

I did a search on the Booking app and it pulled up the page which I added back. All working now!

I'm unable to access my own Bookings link or that of a Vendor.

A system wide outage yesterday caused the grief, reportedly another bad update at Microsoft in their cloud services.

Yesterday, I couldn't load the bookings page or any of the links given out to staff at all. Today, my booking pages are missing, but the links given out to staff still work. I can't make any edits or cancellations due to this and a major project now has to be put on pause.

We are having the same issue. First presented itself last Thursday and now again today.

We are also experiencing extremely slow, limited functionality with our Bookings.
Links sent to customers are not working for them at all.
I am unable to add staff time off.

Services are showing but very slow and unresponsive

Just checked mine and it's doing the same thing. At least this is progress from them not showing up at all.

Bookings has not worked all morning here - I cannot access the page for our services. And student cannot access the page to make appointments. There are no staff, services, or anything showing. This has happened before and resolved on its own, but the issue did not last this long previously.

This is now showing up. My personal booking page is showing on the landing page, but not the organization one - which is the one I need to access right now.
