Multiple Locations, optional questions

I want a calendar, my people can schedule a meeting with me.  I have 2 locations, and I've buffered for travel time.

I can set a default location, but I want my people to choose.

I set an optional question in Services, highlighted it, and made it mandatory.  The appointment goes into my calendar, but I can't ever see the choice of location, nor notes.  I made sure to save and publish.  How do I find the selection of location?  I've looked in Bookings, and on my calendar without success.
