MS Bookings Support

Hi,

I would like to check, as a MS Bookings customer, when there is issue, besides waiting for answers in this forum, is there direct support from Microsoft? Is it the same as O365? Reason for asking, the response from this forum is not guaranteed. And in other MS product forums, I see a lot of MS specialist responding but not in this case for MS Bookings.
