MS Bookings returning "Something went wrong" error
On 2 occasions, customers received a "something went wrong" message when clicking my Bookings link. Hence, they could not get access to my calendar. Screenshots below were provided by those customers. When I tried on my side on different browsers, it worked perfectly and for another customer as well. I cannot rely on an app that is not reliable. Any reason this is happening ? Thank you for your guidance.

MarcIsrael I am having the exact same issue. People tell me it works on mobile though.
- byomtoobCopper ContributorI've opened a support ticket with Microsoft and this is the direction I've been provided. Not really acceptable:
"Kindly advise your customers to sign in using the InPrivate browser if they are using the edge browser or Incognito if they are using chrome or they should clear cache in their browser." - NestorReyesCopper Contributor
MarcIsrael If this is for a booking page for a team and not individual, what has worked for us is to embed the form in a webpage. We experienced this when linking the URL to a social media post and depending on the platform it prompts an error. Embedding the form on a live webpage and sharing the URL solved the issue. Hope it helps
