MS Bookings assigning multiple staff
When a customer uses MS Bookings to schedule an appointment, multiple staff receive the notification for the appointment even though one staff is assigned on the calendar. I have not found a setting ...
This should not happen unless you have configured 1) a staff member's email address as business address (or email to the business address is forwarded to it) and 2) the business address to be notified when a new appointment is made.
