MS Booking type with default inclusive reply confirmation requirements or notes

Wish there is an option to easily setup booking type with option to easily associate booking type requirements notes or instructions from reply confirmations, independent or in addition of from conventional confirmation reply auto-generation. (e.g. medical, legal, accounting, designers, etc...)
