Moved appointment not sync with Outlook

Hello,

Sinces few days we have an issue on Bookings. When customers made an appointment with one of support member, it appear on Outlook and it's what it must do but when we try change the support member (through edit and tick new staff member), the sync with Outlook not works.

 

Which means, the old support member still see the appointment but not the new member.

 

It's a very blocking point for us.

 

Do you have any idea?

    I am dealing with the same issue. The individual booked a session with me and it showed up on my calendar. They went in later and adjusted the booking by one hour. I received an email letting me know about the change but no way to sync it. It still showed on my Teams and Outlook with the original time. On the Bookings calendar, it shows the new updated time, with the original timeslot as busy. This is a big challenge.

    We are having the same issue and all of our services were unchecked recently for all staff for viewing. We resolved this issue but bookings are still not moving on our outlook calendars when edited.

    I am having the same issue. We use booking to schedule our service techs and networking techs for our properties. When rescheduling an appointment it is not reflected on their calendar. It is becoming very troublesome because now they are showing up to appointments that have been rescheduled or are no longer needed. This needs to be fixed ASAP or I am going to have to drop this service.

    Arnaud_Bienvenu We are having the same problem.  It started on March 5. The edited appointment is shown on the Bookings Calendar, but not on the Outlook calendar.

    We got the same issue.

    It also doesn´t change in the Outlook calender when a customer changes the time of the booking.

    The appointment is changed in Bookings, but not in Outlook.
    Only if the customer cancels the appointment, the booking is updated and canceled in Outlook.
